My elderly mother was locked out, after calling numerous companies I finally had the good fortune to call Thomas Locksmiths.

I was unfortunate to have locked myself out of a friends house in New Church Road today and required your services. You managed to get me an engineer at the address within 30 mins. Steve attended and gained entry in 20 seconds. The problem was a badly cut key by a local firm. ( not yours ) Steve was an absolute credit to your company by his outstanding customer relations. He managed to cut me 2 keys which he did at your offices. Nothing was too much trouble and he took into account my advancing years by leaving me very little to do. ; He did it all in what I would describe as a professional, friendly and ” nothing is too much trouble ” manner.
